Elis Devlin has more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience working for both large and small companies in banking, industry, retail, telecommunications and consulting. She is multilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese) and multicultural with extensive experience working with clients throughout Latin America and most recently in the United States. She is an experienced planner and manager of branding and communications programs, promotions and events, merchandising and direct marketing programs, social media platforms, and content marketing teams. 

Devlin started her career as an Account Manager at the Brazilian office of Ogilvy Group’s global advertising, marketing, and public relations agency. At Ogilvy, she worked on key Fortune 500-size client accounts as Fiat Automobile and Extra Hypermarket, the second biggest food company in Latin America. She then parlayed that experience into a larger role inside of PlusMedia’s Brazilian office doing similar work with a different client base, especially Coca Cola and VIVO (Portugal Telecom at that time).

After six years of agency work, Devlin accepted a senior marketing analyst role at Brazil’s second largest bank, Itaú-Unibanco, where she spent the bulk of her marketing career. At Itaú, Devlin started by managing publicity for the Itaú brand, Personnalité and was promoted to be an internal consultant managing the high-net-wealth brand for 8 years. Her role included managing a team of marketing analysts to manage brand campaigns, produce the Personnalite magazine, create and manage social media content, conduct unique campaigns including endomarketing, market research, and experiential marketing programs.
