Jacob Michaels is currently a Junior at George Mason University, getting a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He handles requests for the SBDC and MEC-Leesburg Incubator, answering questions and responding to needs. Michaels routes calls & directs walk-ins appropriately, directing entrepreneurs to classes or setting up SBDC advising appointments as needed. He manages incoming packages, sets up for events and processes payment deposits. He performs this multi-faceted role like a true entrepreneur using his customer service, intuition and problem-solving skills on a regular basis.
